Our dream was to create the ‘recruitment agency of the future’. Niche Specialization is key! And that is why we started Semicon Recruitment in 2011. We noticed that a lot of things changed in the market, but that procedures in recruitment essentially remained the same.

We started with our ‘core’: niche recruitment. That is a bold specialization. To announce what you are NOT going to do is scary, because you deprive yourself of a huge potential market as well as old network contacts outside your niche.

Focussing on a broad market like ‘technology’ makes it impossible to keep up with developments in that market; to know all the ins and outs. By making this clear choice we choose a strong network, we speak the language and know our market better than any competitor.

Besides that, we want to offer added value for our customers with our selection methods. We analyze all job profiles for the proper psychological profile, so we can ensure a match on both the technical and the personality side. Through our experience in assessments we can deliver a very high added value to the selection of candidates. Our job profile analysis and candidate personality profiling ensure we can supply a very objective match with more certainty for our clients and candidates. Our way of working can save our customers a lot of work and makes our succesfactor exceptionally high”.
