Our dream was to create the ‘recruitment agency of the future’. Niche Specialization is key! And that is why we started Semicon Recruitment in 2011. We noticed that a lot of things changed in the market, but that procedures in recruitment essentially remained the same.

We started with our ‘core’: niche recruitment. That is a bold specialization. To announce what you are NOT going to do is scary, because you deprive yourself of a huge potential market as well as old network contacts outside your niche.
